We are recent subscribers to your hosting service and have been very well
pleased. We received proposals from a number of companies. Price was a
consideration, but the deciding factor in our decision was based upon the
level of support provided by your staff. As novices, we had a number of
questions and without exception, your answers were prompt, accurate and easy
to understand.
After signing up, we were operational almost immediately and have had
absolutely no problems with the service.
I believe that we sent an unsolicited letter expressing similar sentiments
shortly after we were signed up. I still think that we made the right choice.
Our site is aboutbrookdale.org, but we are a non-profit organization and
really will not benefit from any increased traffic to the site, so, if there
is a choice, we'd rather not have the site name mentioned.
